At Lifetime Speech and Stuttering Therapy, we partner with individuals and families to build meaningful, confident communication that supports success in all areas of life. We provide individualized speech and language therapy with a special focus on stuttering, speech sound disorders, early language disorders, AAC, neurodiversity-affirming care, and communication across the lifespan.
Our approach is rooted in the belief that there is room for diversity in communication. We value each person's unique communication style and work to create a therapy environment where clients feel safe, respected, understood, and empowered. Therapy is neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed, with goals developed collaboratively around each individual's needs, strengths, interests, and priorities.
For individuals who stutter, we do not believe that fluency should be the measure of communication success. Instead, therapy may focus on reducing fear and avoidance, developing self-awareness and self-advocacy, navigating challenging communication situations, building confidence, and learning to communicate in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. We help clients explore their relationship with stuttering while developing the skills and confidence to participate fully in the activities and conversations that matter most to them.
We also recognize that there is no single "right" way to communicate. A total communication approach values spoken language alongside gestures, facial expressions, writing, AAC, and other forms of communication. Therapy is individualized to support each person's preferred ways of communicating, learning, and engaging with the world.
Communication happens everywhere—at home, at school, at work, with friends, in the community, and in the moments that make life meaningful. Our goal is to help clients take the skills and confidence developed in therapy into their everyday lives, so they can advocate for themselves, connect with others, and communicate as their authentic selves.
At Lifetime Speech and Stuttering Therapy, we believe that every person deserves to feel heard. We look forward to partnering with you or your family to develop meaningful communication goals that honor your strengths, support your well-being, and empower you to communicate with greater confidence.

Step 1- Book a free consult
Book a free consult over phone or video call with me to discuss your concerns and how I may be able to help. If I am not the right fit for you, I will help you find a speech therapist who is! You can request a consult by phone, text, or online below.
Step 2- Comprehensive Evaluation
After the virtual consultation, we will schedule a comprehensive evaluation. Prospective clients will receive consent forms and intake paperwork to complete prior to your appointment being confirmed. Paperwork must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. For those insured by Health First Colorado Medicaid, a doctor’s referral will be necessary prior to scheduling the evaluation.
Evaluation appointments are 1-hour long and include patient/caregiver interview, formal and informal testing, and time to answer questions. Our evaluation is used to identify strengths, challenges, and goal areas for treatment. Treatment goals are highly individualized and based on patient/caregiver/clinician collaboration as well as assessment results.
Step 3- Treatment
Depending on needs, treatment sessions will be scheduled to address the agreed upon goal areas. Every session is specifically tailored to each individual and delivered with warmth, compassion, and expertise in our boutique office setting and/or via Telehealth, whichever is most convenient.
Therapy duration varies greatly by individual, but as a rule of thumb, expect to begin seeing progress within the first 6 months.
For some clients, group therapy has been shown to be highly effective and rewarding as part of the treatment process. The group therapy interest form can be accessed here.
